Prayer and Spirituality Committee

Ensures that the AWF objectives of Prayer and Worship; Witness and Study are fulfilled.

Encourage members to share personal testimonies.

Action Outreach and Social Issues Committee

To empower members to identify sustainable outreach projects, which will ensure that the AWF promotes programmes that assist in:

eradicating poverty;
eliminating women and child abuse;
promoting basic human rights,
promote complete wellness of women and children;
and assist those affected and infected by the HIV/Aids epidemic; etc.

This portfolio will also ensure that the Provincial Council Resolutions are unpacked and implemented.

Human Resources and Marketing Committee

Organises Workshops to empower members with literacy; communication; forming committees and other developmental enablers.

Encourage members to stay abreast of new developments and guidelines.

Marketing duties of this committee are to promote the AWF and ensure that it grows. Also, to ensure that the AWF is portrayed positively to attract new members.

Finance and Administration Committee

Ensures that all members are empowered in:

Record and Inventory Keeping including stewardship and contributions to branch, diocese and province;
Committee Skills;
Conducting Meetings
Financial Management. This will also ensure that the members are also encouraged to practice good record keeping and financial management at home.
